Supernote USER AGREEMENT
Before using the services provided by Ratta, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be read and fully understood.
This Agreement is signed by and between you and Shanghai Ratta Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ratta” in this Agreement). You acknowledge that you have full civil capacity, and have full authority to enter into this Agreement. If you sign this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you acknowledge that you have been authorized by the entity to accept this Agreement, in which case the “you” mentioned below in this Agreement represents the entity. By clicking the "Agree" button of the Supernote User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement” in this Agreement) , you agree to the above conditions and agree to and accept the entire contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the content of this agreement, please do not click the "Agree" button. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement once you use the services of Ratta or purchase and use the Supernote products of Ratta through any official channels. You and USER in this Agreement both refer to you.

General
The User agrees to the terms of this Agreement and completes all procedures in accordance with the instructions. It means the User accepts all the terms and conditions of this Agreement after click the "Agree" button of this Agreement.
User can register an account through the service of Ratta. After successful registration, Ratta will provide each User a user account and corresponding password. The user account and password are kept by the user; the user should take full legal responsibility to all activities and events of his/her account.
The user has rights to use the individual services of the various services of the Ratta company by using the account, unless the individual services need a special permission. When the user uses the individual services of the Ratta company, the behavior of use the individual service is considered as the User agree with the Conditions and Terms of Agreement and the various announcements issued by Ratta in the individual service.
This Agreement and terms and conditions, and announcement of individual Agreement will be revised by Ratta from time to time and will be publicly display. Once published, it shall be deemed your acceptance of this Agreement and the Announcement. When you use the Services, you should pay attention to the changes and comply with the applicable terms.
Account management
Registration of Account
In order to access the Ratta service, you have to register a Ratta account as required by the website of Ratta.
You promise you have access Ratta service with your own real ID; You are a person， legal person or other organization with full civil right s and full civil capacity; and shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to law and this Agreement. Responsibility, Ratta, by itself or entrust a third party, has right to review the identity information provided by you whether it is true or effective.
You can not have a Ratta account if you are a minor or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct. You and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising from your improper registration and Ratta has the right to cancel your account and terminate the service and claim against you and your guardian.
Account security
Once you got a Ratta account, you should keep your account and password in a safe and secure manner, and you will be responsible for your failure to keep the account and password.
You should not transfer, sell, or lend your account and/or password to others. If you authorize others to use the account, you should be fully responsible for all actions taken by the authorized person under the account. Since the account is associated with your information, the transfer of the account can only be made in accordance with laws and regulations, judicial decisions, or the consent of Ratta, and shall be in accordance with the user account transfer process specified by Ratta.
If you find that your account and/or password has been illegally used or is abnormally used, you should notify Ratta promptly. Under certain conditions，you can ask Ratta to take measures to suspend the login and use of your account. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for Ratta to take action upon your request, and Ratta is not responsible for the consequences (including but not limited to any of your losses) that have occurred prior to taking action.
If the account or password is lost due to your personal reasons, you need to provide all materials required by Ratta to retrieve the account or password. The materials you provided should be legal and valid, or else, Ratta has right to refuse the request. Ratta won’t provide account recovery services if the unique credentials are no longer valid. For example, if the mobile phone number is no longer belong to User, Ratta can refuse to retrieve the account bound to the original mobile phone number.
You should update your information to latest, real, accurate, complete and valid one timely. If you fail to update the information and notify Ratta in a timely manner, you shall bear full responsibility to the resulting losses.
Account cancellation
Your account will be cancelled in case you violate laws and regulations, this agreement or the management regulations of Ratta
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or at the request of the administrative judicial enforcement agency, Ratta reserves the right to cancel your account and terminate service, you will not be able to log in to the Ratta since the cancellation. In this regard, Ratta does not assume any responsibility or obligation.
Rules of usage
1. You should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China during the service of Ratta, such as the Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News Information Services. You promise that you will not take any illegal or improper activities by using this service , including but not limited to the following:
(1) Uploading, displaying, posting, transmitting or otherwise transmitting information containing one of the following:
1) Against the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
3) Damage to national honors and/or interests;
4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
5) Destroy the national religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment;
8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legal rights of others;
9) Contains false, harmful, coercive, infringing on the privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, embarrassment, or other morally objectionable content;
10) Contains Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and other content restricted or prohibited by legally binding norms;
(2)You shall not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
(3) Do not use the services of Ratta to engage in the following activities:
1) Entering the computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
2) delete, modify or add to the computer information network function without permission;
3) delete, modify or add data and applications stored, processed or transmitted into the computer information network without permission;
4) Deliberately making and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
5) Other behaviors that endanger the security of computer information networks.
2. You agree to indemnify and damage Ratta from any damages, claims, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of Service. In this regard, Ratta has the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting the content of your published information, suspending the use of the license, terminating the service, restricting use of service, take back the Ratta account, and pursuing legal liability, depending on the nature of your conduct. Ratta has the right to recycle its account in case of malicious registration of a Ratta account or use of Ratta account for illegal activities, disruption, harassment, fraud, other users and other violations of this agreement. At the same time, Ratta will assist the investigation as required by the judicial department.
3. You may not copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Service, or the use the Service for any other commercial purpose.
4. You are responsible for your own actions in the use of Ratta's services. Your legal liability includes but is not limited to compensation for the victim, and you should compensate Ratta the same amount in case Ratta assumes responsibility for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by user actions.

Temination of service
1. Ratta has right to take back the account in case the account information is not used two years.
2. Ratta will terminate your password, account and/or use of the Service (or any part of the Service) in case of believing that you have violated this Agreement and/or spirit of this Agreement. Ratta need no prior notice to discontinue or terminate this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Ratta can immediately close your account and all relevant information and files in your account, and/or prohibit the continued use of the aforementioned documents or Service. In addition, you agree that if the use of the Service is interrupted or terminated or your account and related information and documents are closed, Ratta will not be liable to you or any third party in case that interruption and/or termination occured during the using of service provided by Ratta.
Force majeure
1. Force majeure is an event that cannot be foreseen, cannot be avoided and cannot be overcome by any party to this Agreement, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, catastrophic climate, fires, pandemic diseases, etc.;
War or quasi-war state, conflict or sabotage, hostilities, terrorist activities, riots, strikes, industry disputes, etc.;
Government actions or orders, such as expropriation, granting and withdrawal of administrative licenses, martial law, embargoes, bans, etc.;
power or power failures, network outages, utilities or other telecommunications failures;
Caused by a third party; or other factors that cannot be artificially controlled by the responsible party or other events beyond the reasonable control of the responsible party.
2. If the performance of this Agreement is affected due to force majeure, both parties agree that the performance period shall be extended within the scope of the accident; neither party shall be liable for the increase or loss of costs due to force majeure.
3. The party affected by the force majeure event shall notify the other party of the occurrence of the force majeure event as soon as possible by e-mail or fax. When the event of force majeure ceases or is eliminated, the party affected by the event shall notify the other by e-mail or fax as soon as possible. If Ratta's performance of this Agreement is affected by the time of force majeure, Ratta may notify you by posting an announcement on the Ratta Service website.
4. In the event of a force majeure event for more than 90 consecutive days, either party to this Agreement has the right to terminate this Agreement.
Legal application and dispute resolution
1. The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and settlement of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2. Any dispute concerning this Agreement shall be settled by the parties in good faith and friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the two parties agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Minhang District, Shanghai， where the Ratta is located, for settlement.
Intellectual property rights and other legal rights
Ratta respects the intellectual property rights and legitimate rights of others and calls on Users to respect intellectual property rights and the legitimate rights and interests of others. If you believe that your intellectual property or other legal rights have been violated, please provide information to Ratta according to the following instructions: Please note: If the statement of the rights notice is inaccurate, the submitter will bear all legal liabilities ( Including but not limited to compensation for various fees and attorney fees). If you are not sure whether the information available on the network infringes your intellectual property rights and other legal rights, Ratta recommends that you first consult a professional. In order for Ratta to effectively process your rights notice above, please use the following format (including the serial number of each clause):
(1) The right holder shall have proof or ownership of intellectual property rights or other legal rights to the allegedly infringing content .
(2) Please fully and clearly describe the infringement of intellectual property rights or other legal rights and provide the suspected infringing third party website (if any).
(3) Please indicate what content of the allegedly infringing webpage infringes the rights listed in item 2.
(4) Please provide the contact information of the right holder, including name, a copy of ID card or passport (for natural persons), copy of the unit registration certificate (for the unit), mailing address, telephone number, fax and email.
(5) Please provide the location of the allegedly infringing content on the network (if you indicate the source of the infringing content that you reported, that is, the address of the webpage or the location within the webpage) so that we Contact the owner/manager of the webpage containing the infringing content.
(6) Please include the following statement on the authenticity of the notice in the notice of rights: “Here I certify that the information described in this notice is sufficient, true and accurate. If the content of this notice is not completely true, I will bear All legal responsibilities arising from this."
(7) Please sign the document. If you are an institution or organization established by law, please stamp the official seal.

Revision of the this Agreement
1. We will periodically review this Agreements based on changes in business and technology, and we may update this Agreement. If the content of this Agreement changes, we will post the latest version on the Ratta website and will take effect immediately upon release.
2. You should take the initiative to check the contents of this policy. Your continued use of the Products and Services on the Site, Mobile and/or any other device will be deemed to be subject to the updated Agreement.
3. If we make a major change to this Agreement, we may also send you a change notice separately through your contact information, you should pay attention to check.
